These terms describe the intended use of Practice Lantern’s review reply drafting tool.

Using the drafting tool
Practice Lantern helps dental offices create draft responses to online reviews. The drafts are suggestions, not statements verified by Practice Lantern. You are responsible for reviewing and editing a draft and deciding whether it is appropriate before using or posting it.
Review text and AI processing
Review text is sent to an AI service to generate draft replies. Practice Lantern does not store review text or generated replies in the app. The AI service’s data handling and retention policy is managed separately from Practice Lantern.
Do not submit patient details
Dental offices should remove patient names and health details before pasting a review. Remove contact details and dates as well, and check the text yourself before sending it to the AI service.
Your responsibility
Use the tool only with content you are permitted to submit. Review every generated response for accuracy, tone, and suitability for your practice before sharing it.
